- Poor Waterfall Joint Workmanship – visible glue lines, misalignment, gaps >0.5 mm
- Uneven or Unsealed Finish – gloss below 80 for polished / non-uniform matte / missing edge sealant

- Visual Scan – full surface check under good lighting for cracks, pits, stains, consistency
- Dimensional Accuracy – tolerance: ±1 mm length/width, ±0.5 mm thickness
