1. Block Selection & Primary Cutting

The journey begins with selecting premium quartzite blocks. Advanced diamond-wire saws slice these massive blocks into slabs, carefully preserving the natural veining and color patterns.

2. Slab Calibrating & Polishing

Rough-cut slabs move to our calibration line. Multi-head polishing machines equipped with diamond abrasives grind each slab to a uniform thickness before progressively achieving your chosen finish—from high-gloss polish to honed matte or textured leathering.

3. Precision Fabrication & Cutting

For waterfall islands where precision is paramount, computer-controlled bridge saws and waterjet cutting machines execute accurate cuts based on your specifications. Waterjet technology allows for intricate detailing and seamless joints where the countertop meets its vertical sides.

4. CNC Edge Profiling & Finishing

Edges are crafted using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) routers capable of producing any profile with consistent perfection—from simple eased edges to elaborate ogee or bullnose designs.

5. Final Quality Inspection & Preparation

Every piece undergoes rigorous quality control checks for fit, finish dimensions, surface quality, and structural integrity before being securely packaged for shipment directly to you or your installer.
