Standard Thickness: 2 cm (18 mm / 3/4 inch) – ideal for living spaces, foyers, entryway feature walls, accent walls, fireplace surrounds, and hearths.

Prefabricated Thin Walling Tiles

Designed for easy installation on vertical surfaces, these lightweight tiles are available in two thicknesses:

• Thickness Options: 10 mm (approx. 3/8 inch) or 12 mm (approx. 1/2 inch)

• Patterned Processions: Splitface, brushed, tumbled, fluted, sandblast, flamed – these finishes impress both visually and tactilely.
• Marble Look: Surface treatments create a highly sought-after marble-like appearance, appealing for imitation stones (engineered marble, faux marble) aiming to mimic genuine solid stone. This also applies to artificial marble, cultured marble, and synthetic marble shower wall applications.

Custom Edge Options

Enhance the visual appeal and safety of your installation with custom edge profiles:

• Standard: Flat polished edge
• Premium: Beveled, ogee, bullnose, mitered, laminate bullnose edge
• Application: Ideal for corners or junctions with other materials such as solid wood (oak, cherry, maple), cultured marble, or stainless steel

Production Process

From raw slab to finished tile, we ensure precision and quality at every step:

1. Step 1: Block Cutting – A gang saw with diamond blades cuts large raw blocks into manageable slabs, ensuring clean, straight cuts with minimal waste.
2. Step 2: Slab Polishing – A multi-head polishing line uses abrasive pads (coarse to fine grit) to achieve a smooth, glossy finish that highlights the gold and grey veining. This takes about 10-15 minutes per slab.
3. Step 3: Calibration – A calibration machine grinds the surface to exact specifications, ensuring uniform thickness (typically 2 cm or 3 cm).
4. Step 4: Cutting into Tiles – A bridge saw or CNC waterjet cutter precisely cuts the slab into small tiles (e.g., 30x30 cm or 60x60 cm). The waterjet uses high-pressure water mixed with garnet to avoid chipping.
5. Step 5: Edge Profiling – An edge profiling machine applies a bullnose or beveled edge for a refined look and to prevent sharp corners.
6. Step 6: Quality Control – Every tile is hand-inspected for cracks, color consistency, and finish. A light box checks for translucency, and a moisture meter ensures no hidden flaws.
7. Step 7: Packaging – Tiles are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with foam separators and protected with shrink wrap for shipping.
